I hope you will allow me to include it in this year's supplement to my "Cousins' Christmas Carol Collection", our extended family's Christmas-Chanukah-Cuanzaa Cribsheet, which this year won't be published till January 3rd. ("Raise up your voices" was in the initial 2005 edition.)
