Date: 2015-10-19 11:22 pm (UTC)And, of course, that gets back to my first alternative explanation: The teachers that welcome the notion of a truly inclusive classroom are also the ones more likely to encourage collaboration among all their students, rather than strict competition. And it could be that children do better in collaborative classrooms than in competitive ones, whether not any one of them has been flagged as needing "Special" services.
