I'd hoped to have it done by today so that it would be finished and in her e-mail box when she got home, but murphy's law and my own contrary, ornary mind got in the way... at least, I know how 90% of the story goes, instead of the 33% I had (wrongly, it turns out) pinned down before I went back and rewrote it.

I may have to resort to sending her "chapters" so she'll at least get something in her mail before the next ice age...
