BTW, that secret agent sure looks like s/he's having fun, doesn't it?

Date: 2003-03-07 01:51 pm (UTC)Hmm, tricksters and clowns...makes me think of the New Adventures version of the 7th Doctor, and the 2nd Doctor from television. Both of which I like very much indeed. :)

Date: 2003-03-07 02:09 pm (UTC)I don't know the NA seventh at all, and I've only seen two second Doctor stories (And read the script for The Power of the Daleks*), but from what I have seen, I definitely think the second is my favorite... I can most easily imagine the TARDIS crews in that era actually having fun together when they aren't being chased by monsters, or otherwise saving the universe.... Besides, the second Doctor doodled with music.
* As I was reading the quiz results, this scene was running through my head:
The Doctor looks around the laboratory in awe.
DOCTOR: Did I do that?
POLLY: You know you did!
VALMAR: You used the power from the colony's electric supply -- overfed it -- and blew up their temporary static circuit. Well didn't you?
DOCTOR: (rubbing his hands together gleefully) Did I do all that?
