My brain was hijacked yesterday... But we're all okay now, I think

Yesterday, I thought I could work through a bit of writer's block I'm having working on alryssa's story by thinking about something else for a while. That "something else" is the song below, and "for a while" turned out to be 13 hours. When an idea hijacks my brain like that, I've learned that the culprit generally wants to be shared... and so here it is.

I can't decide between a major or minor key... I think a minor key sounds more "grown-up" and a little more mellow, but it also sounds just a bit more ominous, which is not the tone you want to set with a lullaby. The ABC text below is the B major version.

A GROWN-UPS' LULLABY
