If you give me one or more titles of stories I didn't write, I'll give you a summary of the nonexistent story.

(but if I really like your title, it might turn into an existant story -- or maybe become a plot thread in this year's Pro-Fun Troll Hoedown)

Oh, and I'll just take this oportunity to say:

"Memes" are, in the original sense, ideas that get passed down through the generations like genes (the word is actually a blending of "gene" and "memory"). Like genes, therefore, only the best ideas, songs, proverbs, and silly LiveJournal space-fillers should survive, and the rest should be allowed to die a quiet, dignified death in solitude. If a meme needs tagging in order to spread, it's probably not strong enough to survive on its own. Tag me, and chances are, I won't play.

Here ends this public service announcement. Thank you.

Reasons why I want the ProFun Trolls to be a Widely Recognised Subgenre of Doctor Who Fan Fic:

Top ten reasons:

  • 10. Rolly Polly Trollies in Birthday hats are cute.

  • 09. If Pro-Fun Trolldom becomes a recognized facet of the Internet, then maybe we'll hear less fear-mongering about it on the evening news.

  • 08. It might earn an article in Wikipedia, written by someone else.

  • 07. It will make me a Big Name Fan, and I can have groupies.

  • 06. There's too much fear and dread and anger in the world, today, and a pro-fun troll meme (in the original meaning of the word) would be a force for good.

  • 05. Non-linear plots and stories of silliness are good for the soul.
  • 04. Big Finish might weave some good, rollicking fiddle and banjo tunes into the plots of their Adventures.

  • 03. I want a set of plush trolls to cuddle.
  • 02. Florestandrezopretrizon is a damn fine character (and I can say that, 'cause he was created, by a whole bunch of writers).

And the Number One Reason:
I could go to a Doctor Who convention with a bunch of birthday hats and party tooters, and people would recognize that I was in a themed costume.

The Unicorn that got away
Popular culture says there's no unicorns anymore, because long ego, the unicorns ignored Noah's warning and continued to frolic instead of coming into the Ark. This is the tale of what happened from the unicorns' point of view.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
A sci-fi story, set in the present. Aliens, bent on taking over the Earth, decide to take control of the head of state of the biggest political power on the planet. After seeing what they have to work with, they decide it's not worth it, and search for another planet to dominate.
