So. I just realized, yesterday, that my State ID expires in a little more than two weeks, and I need and ID to vote. The only thing is, I need to have my original birth certificate in order to get it renewed (new, post-9/11, law); a photocopy will not be accepted. The only problem is, I think the hospital only gave my parents a photocopy when I went home with them for the hospital, I don't know. So dad, could you check in the family vault (aka the freezer in ze pitt)? Did you take the BC back with you, when you brought down stuff about Pete? Or is it in the box of important papers down here?
Anyway, send everything you've got down here -- even the memento version with my footprints -- it's not the legal document, but it's clearly not a photocopy, so it may be good to have both, just in case.

Last night, I watched most of a documentary about Frank Gehry on PBS, last night. And I can see why so many peoople love his work. I can also see why so many find his work annoying. Mostly, though, I loved his attitude of play to the whole process...

I dunno... should I do a post on exactly why the Second Doctor really is more canonical than all the rest of them, or would that just be obvious and/or annoying?
