A heads up:

I just remembered that I have two LJ accounts. The one I crosspost to from here, and another, which I started in August of '03, and ceased posting to in December of the same year. I was using it as a writing diary.

I'm now going to go back and retrieve the stuff worth keeping, and then, I'm going to delete it, and not look back (I ceased posting to it for a reason, after all: it's redundant and awkward, and uses my real name.).

What was on that LiveJournal account I deleted:

1. Item: One essay for The Art Garden --draft.
   
2. Items (2): Two "literary wondertales" I'd written for commission
   
   1. Items (2): One long story about with a gryphon, that had to be split into 2 separate entries, because it exceded LJ's character limit.
      
   2. Items (4): Individual entries of me talking to myself about writing the gryphon story.
      
   3. Items (2): Rough draft paragraphs of the opening of the Gryphon story.
      
   4. One shorter story that I wrote for another commission, on the theme of "flowers"

I copied all but 2.c into my journal, here (I thought it was kind of interesting to go back and remind myself how that gryphon story turned out the way it did).

Then, I deleted that other journal -- and when asked "Why" by LJ, I gave them a piece of my mind, re: the Great TwitFace Debacle. This was from before LJ had tags, iirc, and it kind of made sense to keep seperate journals for separate purposes. Now it doesn't.

All those entries are on DW, now, under a private filter. Would you be interested in seeing them?
