So this right hand (symbolising my capacity to act, and give to others) is all jagged and broken in the middle. Surrounding that, the multiple, flowing lines represent my attempt to find harmony and creativity in spite of that jagged, broken, center.
That same blue watercolor pencil, again, on that same watercolor paper. The crayon marks are left over from the pic I did on Day 2.
- I waffled on the balance between stylised and realistic, and
- Forgot about making the hole when I was inking it in, and put the line in where I shouldn't have.
So I just colored it/shaded it as I'd intended to draw a straight picture of cupped hands, in the first place. Interestingly, the point of illumination is coming from something invisible in the hands... may be my subconscious trying to say something.
