capri0mniIf L.E.D. lights are so energy efficient, then why do all the battery-powered l.e.d flashlights have such a high battery burn-through rate?
...I believe they are efficient (otherwise, cities wouldn't be so eager to make street lights out of them), but I'm still curious.
And is it really true that the never, ever, burn out?
