About that mug I promised myself I would finish designing this weekend. I'm going to write my questions out, here, before I toddle off to bed, in the hopes that it will help clear things up tomorrow.

And if you have any thoughts... pretty please?

  1. How should I draw my mulitude of whacky bunnies (on the drinker's side of the mug)?
    • Should I draw it as a single picture, of everyone together in a room, somehow (as if posing for a family portrait)?
    • Or should it be more like a collage: just an arrangement monster bunnies in rows?
    • Should the multitude have ten whacky bunnies (So there are a dozen rabbits, total), or twelve (so there are at least a dozen?

  2. Should I include the Steinbeck quote on it, or not?
    • Should I have any words at all, even?
    • Would a paraphrase or spinoff of the original quote be better?

1. We rarely see the entire mug canvas, it's always a rolling back and forth thing. So I'm more for options a and b.
2. If you can convey the message without words, do.
