This slogan came into my head today, so I thought I'd make it my Default icon until Bush is out of office. I know there are many people on my flist who also oppose Bush, so I thought I'd post it here for all to share, and spread, as they see fit.

Edit: This Entry in the official John Kerry Campaign Blog tonight is just one reason I was inspired to create this.

I'm so angry and disgusted, I'm even tempted to make it into a yard sign, even though I fear it may be vandelized ... I could do it as an 8.5x11" picture, though, and tape it to the inside of one of my windows...

Political yard sign...

...reminds me of the old/strange guy that lives on main street back home... he's had a sign in his front yard ever since Bush 'won' the election over Gore.

"GW DID NOT WIN"

No, he did not!!

I'd have more respect for the Supreme Court's decision to stop the vote count in Florida, if the majority had a history of favoring the federal government over states' rights. But they didn't.

Before and after that vote in 2000, the majority has repeatedly ruled in favor of State Supreme Courts over the authority of the Fedaral Government... Until the Florida Supreme Court ordered that every vote should be counted in Florida.

What scares me most about Bush, more than his hawkish tendencies, more than his homophobia and mysogyny, is his seemingly complete lack of understanding of the First Amendment of the Constitution.

It's first for a reason.

Ooohhh!

Ann, taking you up on your offer to share your art work, it's now on display at the Oh!pinion weblog. Click here (http://weblog.ohpinion.com/2004_10_01_ohpinionweblog_archive.php#109805379269765332) to see it.

Good comment on the Kerry Web site, too!

Thank you, S.W. Anderson. To me, it's simple: he swore an oath to fulfill his duties as president, and to defend the Constitution.

He broke that oath.

Therefore, he should be fired, deposed, sent home.

I have no malice when I say that. His best success was as a manager of a ball team. He had fun with that, and liked shmoozing with fans. Let him do what he likes.
