capri0mniAs I am redoing my bookmarks, I decided that I must have a link to Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia in my "Writing and Research" folder.
And I saw on their Main page, under the "Select Anniversaries" section, that June 30th is the:

of Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity.
And the
90th Anniversary
Of his
General Theory of Relativity
Those two Great Ideas, even if poorly understood most of the time, have led to some fantastic fiction -- everything from Twilight Zone plots to all of Doctor Who:
'Have you ever thought what it's like to be wanderers in the fourth dimension? Have you? To be exiles...?'
I say that calls for a celebration, don't you?
