The calandar has turned over
Jan. 1st, 2006 12:04 amAuld Lang Syne is on the radio.
Fireworks are in the sky.
I've got a coin from a potential new friend in my left hand,
and a bit of sugar from an old friend on my tounge.
Let's hope each facet of this moment portends its own great thing.
The year has turned over and been shook, like an Etch-a-sketch.
It's a fresh start.
Now, a few minutes late, I'll go toast it with hot Ovaltine.
Don't I just have a wild life? ;-)
