Ack! The more I hear from this administration, the angrier I get. I was thinking in the car this morning that if they can impeach a president for lying about sleeping with an intern, surely they can do the same for lying about war, wmds, electronic surveillance, etc. etc. etc.?!?!

You'd think so, wouldn't you? The problem is, the Republican also control the house and the senate, right now. And the majority of them are still trying to find loopholes about how Bush didn't really lie...

I like Al Franken's idea: The Congress gets into session a couple of weeks before the new president takes the oath of office. So he suggests that the new House of 2008 rush and impachment through right before Bush leaves. That way, he still has a black mark against him for all of history, and Cheney won't be in power long enough to do any real damage...
