Cute things my kitties do....

capri0mniTrixie (She's the skinny one): She pets me. When she wants attention and lovin' she'll jump up onto the handlebars of my wheelchair, and come 'round the front via the armrest, and she'll lean her head on my shoulder for a moment. Then, when she's standing on the desk or counter in front of me, she'll reach out with her lickle paw, and gently stroke my cheek... Can you say: "Awwww!!" boys and girls? I knew you could!
Manda (-Bear) (She's the one that looks like a black, furry Shmoo when she sits down): When Manda wants attention, she'll jump onto the seat beside my computer table, and start "chatting" in very loud, very human, inflection for quite a while... And if I ignore her, she'll put her front paws up on my armrest and shout "Mraiow!" right in my ear. And she won't quiet down until I've given her a good and thorough scritching, all up and down her back. ...And you know how dogs thump their legs whe you rub their bellies? Well, when I scritch that place at the base of her tail that brings out "Elevator Butt," Manda will lap the air with her tounge in a similar way. When she's had enough scritching, she'll curl up in a ball on the seat, and sleep beside me. And then she follows me to bed, and sleeps at my feet.

Date: 2006-03-03 03:59 am (UTC)I used to have a black shmoo-cat too. All black, longhaired Scottish fold. Shelter kitty. Her name was Toner, because she was as black as the stuff in copiers and printers. Her purr was like thunder.
