Belated "I went to the Library!!" post

My reactions to the changes they made since I was there last, in December, and my reactions to specific books I've borrowed comprise most of those "Big Thoughts" that are in my head, all jumbled up that I posted a poll about, the other day.
A post, or several posts, about all of this is coming, I promise.
I am just too hungry and headachey now, to tackle any of it.
Some-buddy give me a poke if I don't produce said post[s] in a few days, okay?
In the meantime, the idea struck me that one gift I could stick in with the book I'm trying to write for my family's New Year gift, would be to get CafePress or someplace like that to print up sets of small refrigerator magnets with images from some of my LJ icons on them. 100 x 100 pixels come out to be about 1 1/4 inches square. Which is a nice size for a fridge magnet. And my icons are one of the ways I present my personality and philosophy to the world.
