I also flipped the two eyes, so they'd be as they appaar to others, rather than a mirror image; I read, somewhere, once, that that's why so few of us like the way we look in photos, because we're so used to seeing ourselves as our mirror images that a photo, no matter how good, looks weird to us.
I actually tried to draw a fresh self portrait of both my eyes at once, but I was getting artist's freeze. I think it might be easier if I were working from a photo. But I don't have anyone to take my picture. :::Sigh:::

And the most recent photo of myself is about 8 years old, and my eyes are closed, because of the blinking at the flashbulb. I don't even own a camera, anymore. So this is the closest you're going to get for a picture of me for the forseeable future.
