As evidenced by this post, from Wednesday, I've been in a ranty mood. Maybe it's the growing heat in the political season; maybe it's the full moon (on Friday), or my PMS. It's probably a combination of all three.

But whatever it is, the little voices in my head have been ranting almost nonstop on nearly everything for the past week or so. I've thought about letting those voices out here. But have (mostly) stopped myself because: a) I worry that indulging them will only keep me stuck and b)I worry that I'll probably be repeating myself. However, this is my journal, and it's main purpose is to share my thoughts, ideas, and observations. And some of those little voices accuse me of being hypocritical for holding back. So I ask you this:

[Poll #839825]

I find your poll to be cruelly subjected to a point of view. I choose answer: Z. I'd read them and discuss them with you because I'm interested in what you have to say.

I guess I wasn't being clear.:P I was trying to be witty. When I looked at the poll, all I saw were options to either ignore what you were saying, or fight with you about it. :P

Yeah... I was trying to be witty, too, I think. But I should know that wit and pms do not mix... Or, rather, they do, but kinda the way hydrogen and oxygen mix -- explosively. ;-)

Oh dear... I didn't mean to be cruel. I guess my definition of "debate," though, is pretty loose. I meant something like "an examination of different points of view." I just never thought of a point of view as something to "subject" someone to.

Snce we all view the universe from unique points in the space-time continuum, we all have unique points of view about everything -- even points of view. ;-)

(I mean, even if I'm looking at the same scene you are while standing right next to you, I'm still looking at it from a slightly different point, nor did I get to where I am along the same path, so I'd have differnt memories and experiences in my head when I'm interpreting the scene)

Oh, and by the way, the DMV really did take 10 inches off my height. I filled in my height on the form they gave me as 4'10," but when I looked at my ID the other day, I saw that it said I was 4' even. ...I hope that doesn't get me in trouble, later, somehow (I know I'm taller than 4', even sitting in my wheelchair.).
