What I posted, just now, to the Script Frenzy "Check in Station" forum:

Really close to word #20,010, but far away from FADE OUT.

Boy, oh boy do I have a lot of writing to do in the next 24 hours (i.e. 10 hours, after you subtract sleeping, eating and bathroom time).

Towhit:

1. The initial triumpth (sic) (don't have the dialog, but I have the scene outlined, otherwise)


2. The reversal of fortune (just starting to outilne)


Left to outline:

3. The chance of reprieve


4. The climax


5. The denoument

Happily for me (or so I think), these are the very scenes I've been I've been playing in my head, word-for-word, since early May. So, I hope that once I start writing them, these scenes will fly through my fingers.

Still a bit of a nail-biter, though.

Anywone else in this position?

I'd try an all-nighter, like I used to, in college, just to be on the safe side... But that was twenty-some years ago. And my body is protesting because it's been vertical since early morning.
