Well, that was (mildly) disappointing...
Apr. 27th, 2008 12:02 amLast week, my local TV station aired episode 4 of Doctor Who: Robot.
This evening, for some reason unbeknownst to me, they aired episode 2 (two) of Ark in Space...
They've also been jumping around with the order of Blackadder episodes (well, they went from Episode 1 to Episode 4, then 2, 3, and 5). But with Blackadder, it's not nearly so important.
I do so hope this won't become habitual...
Still, it was nice to see the green bubblewrap, again. :-)

Date: 2008-04-27 04:39 pm (UTC)I mean, the station is over 40 years old, and this is the first time in their history that they've carried Doctor Who. And, unlike the broadcasting in New York, there have been no neighboring stations who carried it, either.
(The PBS Station out of New York City never carried it, but the station from Trenton, NJ did, and on good weather days, I could pick up the broadcasts from Schectady. So New Yorkers still recognized Who icons)
And on the online schedule, they call the episodes "Tom Baker minis," as if each 23 minutes were stand-alone stories... hrm.
